Your personal data is being collected as an essential part of the evidence gathering process, so that we can contact you regarding your response.
UPP Foundation is funded by UPP Group Limited and, consequently shares some resources with it. Therefore, responses submitted via email will be stored by UPP Foundation, UPP Group (and its subsidiary companies) and Public First (who are a the third party engaged by the UPP Foundation to service the Commission). In addition, information provided in response to this Commission, including personal information, will be shared between UPP Foundation, UPP Group (and its subsidiary companies) and Public First.
A summary of responses will be published on the UPP Foundation Civic University Commission website at [address]. The summary will include a list of organisations that responded but not personal names, addresses or other contact details.
The data we are collecting is your personal data, and you have considerable say over what happens to it. You have the right:
